Title: How to combat with Microbial Resistance Developed by Microbial Biofilm
Abstract:

Microbes adopt the different mechanisms for their existence. These microbes developed different mechanisms of the resistance. Among these microbial biofilm is one of the most rigid type of resistance developed by the colonization of the microbial population, it is basically overcrowded social cities of the microorganisms. Resistant of microbes against the antimicrobial compounds is increasing tremendously. The antibiotics production worldwide is 20 tonnes per hour and their contribution is thirty billion in a year to a global pharmaceutical industry. Recently it is reported that the lifesavers drugs are now converting worthless because more than sixty percent of the antimicrobial drugs are not able to kill the microbes because of their resistance.

Present keynote talk will provide a good detailed to treat the bacterial biofilm production and what types of mechanisms are used to control the problem of biofilm formation. Synthetic chemistry always support the scientists to developed the novel lead molecules against the microbes. Similarly, natural also provide excellent foundation for lead compounds. The microbial biofilm were produced in vitro from the pathogenic microbes. Different medicinal plant; novel series of the synthetic compound and different laser assisted synthesized nanoparticles are tested against the microbial biofilm. Ag and Zn nanoparticles exhibited the excellent biofilm inhibition of Gram positive as well as Gram negative bacterial strains. The native and inhibited biofilm were also characterized by UV-Vis, FTIR, SEM, TGA and XRD and found significant differences in these parameters. In future these moieties need to explore in the cell lines, animal model as well as for clinical trials against the resistant pathogenic microbes like sinusitis.
