Biography: 
Professor Jui-Ming Yeh was born in Hsin-Chu, Taiwan, on November 14, 1964. He finished his bachelor and master degree at chemistry department of Fu-Jen Cathodic University, Taiwan, in 1988 and 1990, respectively. In 1992, he went to Drexel University at Pennsylvania State of American to pursuit his Ph. D. degree in the field of material chemistry under the supervision of Professor Yen Wei. His PhD dissertation was concentrated on the studies of conducting polymers, sol-gel materials and organic-inorganic hybrid materials. After about four years, he finished his Ph. D. degree in 1996. Subsequently, he came backed to Taiwan and spent approximately two years (1996-1998) as a researcher at industrial technology research institute (ITRI) to develop novel polymeric surfactants and to explore practical applications of silicone-related rubbers and resins. In 1998, Professor Yeh entered chemistry department of Chung Yuan Christian University (CYCU) as an assistant professor. In the following five years, he concentrated his research interests in polymer nanocomposites. He had promoted to associate professor and full professor at chemistry department of CYCU in 2002 and 2005, respectively. He was awarded as research excellent professor in 2012 and 2017. Moreover, he was further awarded as distinguished professor of CYCU form 2012 ~ 2021. Up to now, his research career (since 1994) has generated ~ 190 SCI-related publications and ~ 10 US Patents and three professional books (1 chapter). Recently, he devoted his research efforts into developing biomimetic/bio-inspiring materials and biomaterials.
